Everyone is welcome at the clinic — church members and neighbors alike, with insurance or paying cash. Bear Creek Church members may request membership verification here. After verification, eligible members will receive a code to schedule a FREE consultation/visit with TangerineMed.

Insurance coverage, payment options, and exact prices are set and answered by TangerineMed. The church does not bill, collect payment, or take part in billing.

Everyone is welcome at the clinic. Choose the path that matches you: church members can request a benefit code, and everyone else books directly with TangerineMed.
I am a Bear Creek Church member

Fill out the membership verification form on this website (name, email, phone, preferred way to be contacted). No medical information is ever asked for or accepted.

Church staff review your request and confirm you are a member. If they need more information, they will contact you the way you asked.

Once approved, you receive a member benefit code (for example BCCC-A1B2C3). It is good for 30 days, is only for you, and cannot be shared.

Go to TangerineMed's booking page, choose the appointment you want, and enter your code where it asks for a discount or benefit code. You can also call TangerineMed and read them the code.

TangerineMed confirms the appointment and handles all medical care, paperwork, and records. The church never sees any of it.
You can sign in later on this website to update your phone, email, contact preference, or note to the pastor, and to see your code.

Anyone is welcome — neighbors, friends, coworkers, and family. TangerineMed sees everyone in the community.
