Eligible Bear Creek Community Church members may receive a complimentary TangerineMed consultation/visit after their church membership has been verified.

How it works
- Submit the membership verification form — name, email, phone, membership answer, and preferred contact method only.
- Church staff confirm your membership. No medical information is involved at any point.
- If approved, you receive a benefit code that is valid for 30 days.
- Use the code when booking directly with TangerineMed.
