Eligible Bear Creek Community Church members may receive a complimentary TangerineMed consultation/visit after church membership has been verified.
What verification is, and is not
Church membership verification is performed solely to determine eligibility for this benefit and is not part of the patient's medical evaluation or treatment.
Bear Creek Community Church verifies membership eligibility only. It does not receive medical records or make decisions regarding medical treatment.
What a benefit code does not guarantee
A verification or benefit code does not guarantee an appointment, particular treatment, prescription, laboratory test, referral, or medical outcome. All healthcare services remain subject to appointment and provider availability and the independent clinical judgment of the treating TangerineMed healthcare professional.
What is included
The complimentary benefit applies only to the services specifically identified by TangerineMed for the Clinic program.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are not included:
- outside laboratory services and imaging
- medications and pharmacy charges
- specialist services
- emergency services and hospital services
- procedures and other third-party services
Using a code
- Codes are personal to the verified member and may not be transferred.
- Codes carry an expiration date (currently 30 days from issue).
- Codes may be subject to reasonable usage limitations, and may be revoked if issued in error.
- Codes contain no medical meaning and no personal health information.
