TangerineMed independently operates and provides the healthcare services offered at the Bear Creek Community Church facility. Bear Creek Community Church provides access to its facility for these community healthcare services and may verify church membership solely for purposes of determining eligibility for designated church-member benefits.

What the church does not do

Bear Creek Community Church does not:

• provide medical care
• employ or supervise TangerineMed healthcare providers
• make clinical decisions
• diagnose or treat medical conditions
• prescribe medications
• maintain patient medical records
• control the healthcare services provided by TangerineMed

TangerineMed's responsibility

TangerineMed is solely responsible for its healthcare services, clinical decisions, healthcare professionals, patient care, medical records, prescriptions, referrals, and compliance obligations relating to the healthcare services it provides.
