This site is operated by Bear Creek Community Church for church membership verification and benefit eligibility. It is not a patient portal and not a medical record system. Do not submit medical information of any kind here.

Medical privacy is governed by TangerineMed's Notice of Privacy Practices, which applies once you enter TangerineMed's healthcare environment. You can also read TangerineMed's website privacy policy.

What we collect

First and last name
Email address and telephone number
Your answer to whether you are a current church member, and optionally a ministry or group you attend
Your preferred contact method
Any note you choose to send to the pastor (non-medical only)
The status of your verification request and any benefit code issued to you
Basic website and security logs

How we use it

To verify church membership and determine benefit eligibility
To contact you about your verification request
To issue, deliver, and manage a benefit code
To protect the security and integrity of this website

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. Information is shared only with church staff authorized to review verification requests.

Retention and security

Verification records are kept only as long as needed to administer the benefit program and are then removed. Access is restricted to authorized church staff accounts protected by individual sign-in.

Your choices

Members who sign in can update their email, phone, and preferred contact method at any time. To ask that your verification record be removed, contact the church using the details on the Contact page.
